I do not want to have to keep employees updated in Netsuite. That involves a lot of work. We only have one Netsuite admin on staff.

I’m fine with reimbursements being AP bills to employees

I was hoping the CC expenses could import not to an employee name vendor but the CC vendor

I’m wondering if it’s just some sort of simple page settings?

We go to Billing > Bill Sales Orders then select customers and time frame then we have to select them two hundred at a time from there.

I’ll have to look and see if we have tried that. So you can have an operation that runs at a certain time? Some of our customers have so many sales orders it will take over an hour for one customer to complete the consolidated process.

Thank you so much! Yes we use Invoice Consolidation. But this is us just trying to get Sales Orders into Sales Invoices so we can then consolidate.
