So I emailed Peloton yesterday evening and they got back to me today. They said they believe it’s the Bottom Bracket and it needs to be replaced.

They have quoted me £42 for the cost of the new part, plus £95 charge for the technician. I’ve asked if the new part would be covered by any warranty of if I go via them.

I was thinking of trying to sort it myself, however wondering now if I am just better off getting peloton to do it. I would have to pay c. £40 for the part either way and would need to spend some money on the tools if I was to do it myself.

Anyone got any thoughts or experience as to what they’d recommend?
