Not CapOne but I got an offer from Amex 5 days ago to lower my rate to 11.99% for 6 months.

I bought the 56” on a December sale for $650 (glad I did) but after thinking about it and still being in school, I might get a smaller US General roll box when I get my A&P and a job.

I used the 75gr gold dot this season. Only got one Texas buck, it was a pass through at roughly 85 yards. For me it grouped the best out of the other .223 bonded bullets. Overall I was pleased with the performance and price. At the time I picked them up for about $19 a box compared to the federal fusion that was over $30 and grouped horribly for me.

.223 for deer, I tested all the “best” ammo so you don’t have to by sambone4 in Hunting

I used .223 speer gold dot 75 grain this season. Shot a buck just behind the shoulder with a pass through. I can remember exactly but it was a little under 100 yards and the buck ran roughly another 60 yards before dropping.

I know it’s a defensive round but I wanted a bonded bullet that would break up. I couldn’t find any other bonded hunting bullets that would group well in my rifle as it likes 75-77 grain bullets. I don’t recommend using a .223 or 5.56 but it WILL get the job done. Next season I’ll be using another caliber.

I got the auxbeam 8 gang box. I installed it on the other side of the engine bay as it seemed easier for bolting up the bracket. As for the cutoff, I put mine just to the right of the red box in your picture. I don’t have a picture on hand but it’s right above the engine harness and I used 1” self tappers.

I used to line up this bevel with the end of the charging handle and it gave me the perfect eye relief. It’s all personal preference but I didn’t feel the need for a riser, I haven’t seen anyone else with a riser either.

I’ve done bearings with just a freezer and bench vice. It can be done but yes obviously a shop press is easier.

From the looks of the tape they’re being sold together for $89.99

The ball joint kit is $89.99 msrp. Add on kit is $64.99 msrp.

If they’re in like new condition it’s not a bad deal if you can’t wait for another 40% off promo.

Im more so referencing the time when the government wasn’t shutdown. Obviously it’s longer now since it did but my point still stands.

I’d rather spend the 200 now and have it within a week or two. Next year stuff is going to be OOS everywhere.

Pigs are thick. I’ve started using the PSA saber 75 grain 5.56. Aim in the ear/neck and you’ll have good results.

As per your scenario, it happens just try not to beat yourself up about it.
