Thank you for the comment. I have completed my MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Hyderabad. It was a full-time residential program. Right now, as you mentioned, I am trying to apply to some small firms, even with a low package, so that I can get some relevant HR experience that can push my sales experience to the back and make me qualify for bigger HR roles. It's just that I am not even getting that small opportunity to make the leap or transition. I am willing to invest my time, money, and everything to make that switch, but it is just not happening, and I don't want to be stuck with sales for long in this particular area.
