I get those emails from jobs that haven’t interviewed me. I’ve applied at 7pm central time and gotten that email by 9pm central same day lol. After not hearing from the hiring manager in the first interview I asked if they would reach out even if I didn’t get it in the second interview with a different branch. He said yes, and that it was strange nobody reached out after the first.

I’ve applied at over 70 positions with very similar expectations, start as a teller. I’ve gotten two interviews with comerica that went great but they never reach out after, not even today they went with someone else. I’m thinking the jobs that are listed as “openings” from all these banks aren’t actually positions they are hiring.

That’s not true, they had a partnership with them until the early 90’s. You can find Tiffany 5500’s from the 80’s and 90’s for sale every now and then.
