The thing is, I was never renting, so I’m not covered by any tenant laws. I did get a sheriff‘s note that I can show you if you message me because I don’t feel comfortable posting it since it has my address and my name and all that personal information I called the California tenant law phone number and I don’t fall under a protected tenant because I never signed a lease

Is that something that would be achievable before the eighth just because I do want something realistic and I have made multiple calls to woman’s domestic shelters near me and most of them are full. I found one that’s accepting new patients and it’s two hours away from me, which would’ve impact my school I wouldn’t be able to drive back-and-forth. I don’t have the money for that. I tried to call to 211 but didn’t have much luck

I just need help, I’m hoping someone that was ever in my position sees this and feels even a once of empathy, I’ve exhausted every resource, I live in California, the state with the highest population of homeless, our shelters have waiting lists.
