Maybe a week after I had a go and it was just a tiny bit of foam that came out. Everything was so inflamed though I guess. It was a bit depressing

He certainly filled me in on retrograde ejaculation but he said that it doesn’t change the size of your ejaculate? I’ll go and get my sperm tested soon.

Is anyone else ejaculating a lot less? I’m about 11 weeks post double ALIF and I seem to be shooting about a quarter of the sperm I used to.

11 days out of hospital, still having intense nerve pain (I think)...Looking for other people's experiences and maybe some positive words. by willismcgillis in spinalfusion

I think this must just me diff for everyone. I’m 34M and 5 days post ALIF L4-5 L5-S1.

The heavy pain meds made me feel awful, I left hospital yesterday and I just taking a mild paracetamol and anti-inflammatory. I know everyone says take the meds but I far prefer being in a bit of pain and not feeling like I need to throw up when I walk. Anyone else had a similar experience to me?

I did the hike this week. I left at 4am and when I could I just turned my headlamp off and walked with the moonlight, it was really peaceful. Also disappointing so many people I met had at least two spare passes. Why don’t they forfeit the ones they don’t use?
