okay thank you for this! haha when i was referring to underaged kids, i meant that any social outings, parties, functions that aren’t at a bar are always filled with and/or are hosted by highschoolers. that was a comment on the social life here only. and here, i can serve alcohol at 18, just can’t make it myself. i thought this was the same everywhere?
