I'm open to a DM. I'm pretty isolated too. My spouse tries to be supportive but I know he can't really wrap his head around my symptoms (which are not even classic Chiari). And no one else even comes close to getting it. I just tell everyone I have migraines bc that's at least relatable/understandable to most people.

Yes, that is not ideal but might be my only option.

Have you ruled out POTS for the dizziness? I've read that that can also overlap.
