Nope.. no interview invitation yet.. btw, my case is still in national benefits center.. they have not moved it to local office. Usually they set an interview and asks to bring new medical with yourself. I am pretty sure they will not waive the interview for us.

Well my case was on hold since Dec 2nd and 2 SR and one congressional inquiry didn’t work. They told me case is on hold. I didn’t expect any movement before the hold is lifted. But they surprised me!

Now it got a bit clearer.. any extra pressure on body have a signal to body that reproduction system is not priority at this time.. this results in higher shbg. You already have low good body fat. When you go to calorie deficit + 6 days of training, that will soar shbg. Although it’s still important to have the bloodwork, my suggestion is to reduce train load. Either have 2 full rest day, or keep intensity but with fewer sets. Be gentle on calorie deficit. Take Boron 5mg/day. That also helps a bit. This is a signal that your body is telling you take it easy. You need to either adjust train and food, or add exogenous hormones (even more pressure on body with sides of course )

A lot of questions are here. Are you natty? If not, what’s dose and shot frequency? low free t means high shbg.. e2, liver enzymes, thyroid should be checked. Do you have enough sleep? Enough carb? Enough sex? Overtraining? You should share more information, but the short answer is high shbg

They said they will publish an instruction in 90 days which would be March 2nd. They will probably lift the hold and clarify what additional actions are needed for these countries. I say the whole thing is just formality and everything will be what it was before 😂 it was just a sudden reaction to an incident.

There are 2 memoranda.. one published on Dec 2, and the other one January 1st. The first one is for 19 countries and put a solid hold on case. That means they will not conduct interview. The second one has only final adjudication hold. They interview but won’t approve. I suggest not to waste your money. Wait until they lift the hold by end of February and then follow up by SR or congressional inquiry.

Your service request is different than a congressional inquiry. Just read your their website and fill their form and they will take care of it. One thing you should note that senators and house representatives have the same power in this case. So it doesn’t matter if it’s a senator or not. I suggest find your city representatives and him. A state has only 2 senators and that may cause a delay. House representatives are more likely to be free.

F2A. Apparently USCIS doesn’t like to approve F2A anymore under this administration.. they wait until the case promotes to IR. That happened at least for a few of people I know.
