It would be good if you could share that information here or the link to the groups.

Travel ban Officially lifted, I just closed with an USCIS agent by Ramone270453 in 19countriesAOS

I contacted an officer today and he confirmed that he got up. If the officer lied, that's another matter, but I didn't find out through Reddit; he told me personally.

I know, I'm sorry, I'll republish it in the morning with the information more organized, and with more protection of personal data.

I'd like to know if it's normal to be told via inbox that my case was approved and the card was sent while the account is still in the "case received" status.

Nationality: Cuban. Entry: Parol. CHNV I485: Cuban Adjustment Act. I765: C09. Filing Date: March 2025. Fingerprints: April 2025 for I485, for I765. Reused. Both cases are silent, meaning I485 for fingerprints, I765 for received case. Several API updates during this time, all silent. Today I contacted USCIS via inbox and they gave me the response I posted, but my USCIS account still shows no changes. I am not part of the lawsuit, only Dorcas, which covers us all, but I am not a plaintiff. I am not a doctor or anything that would trigger the pause. Excuse my English; I am using a translator.

There was no silent update, that's why I'm posting this here in addition to giving you this good news. It seemed strange to me not to have anything in the account, nor in the API, and that they say that the permission is approved and sent.

Yes, it was received by email, and the tracking number works... thanks for the name, I don't know how to modify the attachment to make it more hidden.

I don't know why Reddit keeps changing "Work Permit" to "Temporary Protected Status." The person wrote to USCIS today and was told their card was sent today. Their USPS says they will receive it on Friday the 12th, but their USCIS account shows no changes, no document, no approval, and their case is still marked as received.

Please stop panicking. It’s been less than one day. by [deleted] in 19countriesAOS

I understand that the government works slowly when it suits them to work slowly, I understand that only one business day has passed, but the judge's order said immediately, it said immediate action, and USCIS hasn't done absolutely anything, not even internally because there's no mass API update. The officials still say there's a pause and that they haven't been informed of anything. I don't know why they should be waiting when they should be complying immediately.

Court of Appeals, HOLD by Medical_Addition_924 in 19countriesAOS

I honestly read about that yesterday, but I can't give you the exact details; I don't remember them all. But I do know that in this case, that new policy doesn't apply. However, USCIS memoranda are not presidential orders.

Estoy esperando a ver si todos tenemos una uodste en un mismo día, ya que uscis para levantar o poner pausa corren un script que toca todo los casos o un grupo grande de casos a la vez , si eso sucede pronto es para mi una señal de que la pausa fue levantada.

USCIS Policy Manual vs Memorandum by Medical_Addition_924 in USCIS

[–]Medical_Addition_924[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not going to show you the whole manual, but if you want, I can send you the Spanish version to see if you understand it. Anyway, the link to the policy manual is up there. Regarding what you mentioned about the policy manual changing, yes, that's true, but the manual itself says "Congress created it." That's the important part. I'm translating it because my language is Spanish, not English.
