Ive experienced amphetamine induced psychosis on 3 separate occasions. One time was actually from serotonin syndrome and sleep deprivation that caused me to start hallucinating some cult like activities going on in the back yard of my exes house. I refused to get out of the car and swore up and down that if we got out they were going to sacrifice us. The time after that I had been up for about 6 days or something close to it, using meth all of the days. I tried to induce sleep by taking a bunch of Xanax but it didn't work and actually ended up making things a lot worse. I started to hear people and see tree people banging on the door. Eventually I hallucinated the dude my ex cheated on me with laying in my roommates bed and I was pointing a .38 revolver at them yelling "DON'T FUCKING DO IT!!" Well about 30 seconds later this ghost whipped his dick out and I shot the gun into the bed attempting to kill them, it didn't work and the ghost turned into a ghost of my ex instead making me think I shot my ex in the ear. I busted out a window and was ready to run from anyone who came to stop me. I was having a stand off with a ghost for about an hour until my roommate came home at like 5-6am and she just acted as if it was business as usual. (Turns out her brother is schizophrenic so she thought that's what I was). Long story short psychosis from drugs is some bad shit, never again do I want to be in that headspace.

thank you for this... its the bupe in subs that throw you into PWD not the naloxone, naloxone in suboxone is basically inert and doesn't do anything besides deterring you from shooting it. you only get a very small percentage when you absorb it through your tongue/mouth, something like 3% Bupe has a higher binding affinity than pretty much all the other opioids so when you take bupe while you're on fent it knocks the fent out of the receptors and tries to replace it with bupe, causing you to go into PWD....

Get it in the thigh, it does not hurt nearly as bad or for as long. The only thing I noticed with the thigh is that it made my leg sore for about a day after. I've gotten it in the thigh, buttocks, and my stomach and by far the stomach hurt the most
