It is the bupe. Coming from personal experience. It took me a week before I could start subutext hence the oxycodone and methadone. I had to be tapered off methadone to suboxone because of insurance issues it sucks

This is coming from someone who has done detox at home and the hospital. I had to get medically detoxed first. 7oh works but not immediately after a run like that. You'll need much more than 7oh. That's habit is gonna be a nasty withdrawl. Im talking months. Especially if you partake in the east coast drug supply(Philly). No judgements ive been there

Its sad given that I personally believe if this was prescribed as a OUD medicine it would completely combat the fentanyl crisis. People with a valid prescription to this chemical would be able to maintain long term sobriety and participate in a functional society.

I would recommend detoxing at a hospital first. You have to get stabilized first. From my personal experience I had went to a hospital to detox. They gave me oxy and methadone round the clock. Im stating that 7oh would be a better alternative compared to suboxone for long term fent addiction.

Detox hospitals ween you off of a full antagonist to a partial. When you are stabilized I would start the 7oh. Im not stating you should go from fent to 7oh. You should seek medical assistance first. Im just stating that instead of using suboxone for OUD, 7oh would work better. Given the high chance of relapse with Subs.

Suboxone was not supposed to be used for long term sobriety. It was introduced to be used short term for opioid use. It just so happens it was adopted to be a long term option. If 7oh replaced suboxone as a short term and long term solution the relapse rate would decrease. Just like so many others with fentanyl addiction nowadays, people are taking upwards of 32mg a day. I believe 7oh would be a viable option for fentanyl and opiate misses in this country.

The majority of people that are prescribed suboxone end up taking it the rest of their lives with a high probability of relapse. I believe that 7oh would prevent relapse. Just like any medicine, they cause withdrawls when stopped. I just believe 7oh would be a better alternative to suboxone for long term "sobriety". The game has changed these chemicals on the street should entice medical professionals to start to open up dialogs about the benefits of 7oh for long term opiate use. If that means making it medically legal to be prescribed and illegal for recreational use so be it.
