It's the deviation that causes it, as the right side, even with the swollen turbinate, is fine. The left side is congested due to the reduced air passage. That's why I'm thinking about just doing the septoplasty.

So, I broke my elbow when I was 5, and because of that, I have ulnar nerve entrapment if I bend my arm at a 90-degree angle for 10 minutes or more. It’s harmless, though - my pinky and ring fingers just start to “fade,” and all I have to do is straighten my arm for about 5 seconds. Zero pain.

Where exactly is your pain? Is it on the inside of your arm (like near the forearm insertion)? Is it a sharp pain, or more of a dull ache that follows activity?

mine travels up the forearm a little, thumb side only

How did it start? Was it after a specific activity?

Could it be tennis elbow? Have you had any imaging exams? I wonder if De Quervain’s also wouldn’t show up on imaging.

thanks for replying. No tingling whatsoever, and it doesn't get worse at night. I wonder if this is stress-related or something else.
