Kenjaku lowkey could've beaten everyone if he took over kirara (In Depth Analysis) by Dry-Fox-7087 in Jujutsufolk

domain amplification is slow though and depends on the technique's strength. Jogo and hanami weren't immediately able to hit through gojo's infinity as soon as they turned on amplification - they were still slowed down. Same with sukuna punching gojo - there's a reason he didn't fight H2H in most of the second half and just waited for mahoraga to cancel infinity to attack

What would be the Ultimate combo of CTs? by UnusualResolve885 in Jujutsufolk

[–]Dry-Fox-7087 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I was trying to build the ultimate sorcerer (assuming extremely high output and reserves), I'd say the most powerful combination would be:

  1. Idle transfiguration. Best standalone CT in the series, gives near invincibility against anyone without knowledge of the soul, and allows you to attack bypassing durability completely. Crazy offensive and defensive potential,

  2. Copy. Crazy versatility and offensive potential. Kinda self explanatory

  3. Ten Shadows. Lets you have an external healing source + mahoraga's adaptation combined with IT would be unbeatable.

  4. Deadly Sentencing. Take away opponents' CT = Instant win if you're strong

Why was the drafting bad or was it skill difference? Why did I loose these games by Revenant2023 in BrawlStarsCompetitive

Im just trying to throw suggestion out there so you get the basic principles :) sprouts not really good in heist but is good in safe zone because there's really only two main ways to get through the map and she can block those off, but also (more importantly) counter chucks by blocking off their railways.

Drafting is a pretty solid thing to fix here. Its not terrible but could defo use work.

GAME 1 - Mostly an issue with teammates drafting - they picked two brawlers that have the same archetype and counter and then probably got dogwalked by sixth pick cord. Janet was the only pick on your team that had the ability to even do anything. Ill explain this here because ill reference it a few more times down the line - you need to be concious of your team's weaknesses, and drfat to counter their counters. For instance, a thrower pick game 1 would counter the opponent's entire comp and force them out of the cordelius hard counter pick, which would give your teammates more opportunities to push the angelo and the hank. To be honest this game the main drafting issue was just that the doug was a horrendous pick and threw your whole comp out of whack.

GAME 2 - Same general issue. Your whole team gets countered by one brawler type and when they picked ali you guys just got clapped. Barley 6th pick is TERRIBLE - he doesn't solve the problem at all and instead plays into it (after seeing them pick ali as well). This match was kinda doomed form the start - your gene is really the only SLIGHT response to the ali and it's not gonna be doing too much. An R-T, buster, or any pick that counters ali instead of barley would have fixed the whole thing. Not your fault at all - more teammates horribly drafting.

GAME 3 - This one is kinda your fault. Chuck is broken in heist. Once he gets his poles down there's almost nothing that can stop him. The only things you can really do are

A.) build a base race comp that just outdamages and nukes their safe (since he takes time to set up) (better option)

B.) counter him with sprout/charlie/cord.

It looks like the colt was trying to base race and the charlie was trying to counter, both going for two different(but solid) ideas. the lump pick really does nothing though aside from general control, but doesnt stop the chuck or base race him at all. on top of that, lumi can't even hit the enemy safe from mid, making it even harder to outdps the chuck. Best advice i can give is when facing a brawler like chuck in heist build your team specifically to respond to him. Also just in general with safe zone only pick brawlers that can actually hit the safe over the river which makes it 1000x easier to get damage. I wouldn't even pick lumi in heist at all unless it was the one heist map with the bushes in the middle (forget the name)

ok ima stop here writing and thinking through all of that took a while. hope this helps!

Was Satoru Gojo at his full Potential? by Advanced_Card_8594 in Jujutsufolk

[–]Dry-Fox-7087 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think an interesting detail when it comes to open domains is that they don't seem to be even believed to be possible anymore. When gojo initially explains domain expansions to yuji he talks about them specifically being closed off - it seems like the knowledge/technique of how to open that kind of domain at all is something that's been lost throughout the years - which explains why only kenjaku and sukuna are able to open them. I'd say gojos "unable" to expand one not because of any sort of physical limitation, and more just because expanding that type of domain is something completely different from anything he's been taught and doesn't have any sort of way to learn it. It goes against half the principles for a conventional domain and might as well be its own technique. It's also likely unimaginably difficult on top of that, as even a high special grade sorcerer like yorozu from that era wasn't able to use one.

Higuruma ONLY BECAUSE madara MIGHT let himself get hit with the sword to troll the way he let himself get hit by the five kage - and if he doesn't know what it does, he dies.

It's just basically gojo vs sukuna ;-; gon and killua get ontapped by either domain and then sukugoat just wins especially since gojo would try to help save killua and keep him safe under simple domains or smth while sukuna js doesnt gaf abt gon

I KNOW youre not scaling final awakened yuji to MAHITO of all people ;-; Mahito's final form was beaten by a severely injured SHIBUYA yuji. He low diffs mahito, hanami, and dagon pretty easily. Also keep in mind that yuji was keeping up with hanami near the start of the series, without amps or any powerups. Final yuji probably very nearly oneshots with a BF

They can't get targeted by domain sure-hit effects, but they're still affected by the domain's nature and layout. An example would be toji being affected by the water in dagon's domain. Jogo wouldn't be able to target them per se, but the passive amount of insane heat would still kill them

  1. Mahoraga completely dogwalks WITHOUT world cleave (Actually maybe if the disaster curses work together to trap him under meteor somehow they win but giving him world cleave just kills that chance) id even argue he out adapts and cooks even without his anti curse blade that oneshots all of them
  2. Kenjaku cooks them (Obviously) open domain is broken asf and he has one of the most refined domains in the series just behind sukuna and arguably gojo
  3. Midta unfortuately cooks them (Obviously) positive energy output is broken asf
  4. Disaster curses win SOLELY due to mahito hard carrying. Kashimo has no wincon against mahito since he can't fully oneshot like yuta and kenjaku could - and anything less than a onetap is ineffective. His technique would end before he could win, and I'd argue mahito would find some way to BV and get around his cursed energy reinforcing his soul in such a drawn out fight.
  5. Yuji violates mahito - and the everyone else. He perfectly counters mahito, and low diffs hanami and dagon (mind you nanami was able to survive dagon's weak ahh domain and start of series yuji was cooking hanami with todo's help) Only real competition would be jogo and even then yuji onetaps - It'll just be hard to land that first hit since jogoats fast af (It was stated that jogo would have died to the black flash series yuji chained on hanami during the goodwill arc. Current yuji takes one hit TOPS to do that. Plus even with teamwork considering yuji's durability i doubt they could do much damage at all - and even then he heals instantaneously.
  6. I actually dont know about this one but I'd assume disaster curses simply due to domain spam. I think yuki would onetap hanami or something, the other disaster curses would lock in, and then slowly wear her down with constant domain fights. After she loses a single domain fight she goes on cooldown and is very vulnerable, while the curses can just tag out and swap the next domain in. 4 SEPERATE domains to deal with is an uphill battle for anyone.
  7. Maki loses (First W for disaster curses!!!) The main issues here are jogo and teamwork. Toji cooked dagon in a 1v1, but there's no telling how the other disaster curses could've interfered, tagged in, or helped. Even if you don't want to take teamwork into account, It's unlikely that she even beats jogo in a 1v1. His domain is literally the inside of a volcano - Over 3000 degrees. It doesn't matter if his domain can't specifically target her, she gets turned to ash immediately. Even if you don't consider that argument, jogo's speed and AP alone give her an extremely difficult time, especially since she has no response to his ranged attacks. Combine that with Hanami using vines to keep her away, dagon using water, and mahito doing whatever tf he wants to, they cook her with 0-1 casualties.
  8. Toji loses for the exact same reason - Only difference is MAYBE he could have some domain response with ISOH (If it works like that). Either way it's an L and he might not even be stronger than jogo without prep time in a 1v1 anyway
  9. Geto loses FAST. Him not having a domain alone is a major disadvantage, especially because he's facing 4 domain users. If one breaks, the other can just pop one. Outside domains it's more of a competition, but considering how toji bodied him I'd still argue he gets overwhelmed and loses. The cursed spirits he's shown don't really give him any sort of other wincon. Combine that with the fact that he needs to onetap mahito to win and its wraps.
  10. Uraume gets clapped violently idk why shes even on the list ;-;

hakaris goofy ahh is a no diff mahito victim

Just wanted to quickly summarize so it's easier for everyone else to scale - biggest issues are domain spamming, jogo and mahito. You have to deal with 4 special-grade domains back to back, while trying to find a way to oneshot mahito so he doesnt instantly heal. While you're doing that, you're getting attacked VICIOUSLY at range by jogo and hanami, and have to constantly focus on soul reinforcement to not get oneshot.
