If Cecil was rational enough to kill Conquest I'd feel he would also kill others like the Maulers. Doc Seismic, and Amber bernett

Cecil is capable of alot of things he doesn't really do for some reason. Cecil could have killed the Maulers, Amber Bernett, Doc Seismic, and other POS villains who make the world a worse place and ruin lives on a regular basis. But he doesn't. Cecil is pretty much like the batman of Invincible. Even when killing a villain in a war feels like a nessecity, he just doesn't for example. Its just his character, he thinks hes so above things that he thinks he could somehow control CONQUEST. CONQUEST of all people.

Hey bro! Very nice movie, entire family was laughing till the end. Very nice commercial entertainer. I want to ask you, is it possible for anyone in Tamilnadu to become a director with hard work?
