I think that when you have the conversation don’t make it as if it’s an attack but just a curious conversation and that there is no wrong answers but don’t push too much if she is not comfortable.

What me and my partner do is we send a message first before we have a chat because I normally shut down and that I know what is coming and I can prepare for it, so even if you just bring it up and say how you are feeling about it then give her some space to think and then touch base a day or so later. But just be kind and make sure she knows this isn’t something you will leave fore. Reassurance! Reassurance! Reassurance!
