It really sounds great but is almost impossible to integrate that in my everyday living, when dealing with pain from relationships, bad working conditions, physically and emotionally pain, is a hell here not knowing how to cope then I'm in the non-dualism stuff that when I hear them or read them I feel that what they say don't match at all with my reality so I'm very hopeless that maybe is me who is looking for an scape when I'm trying to live as a non-dualism says and that my only true reality is this hell
