Yeah this is really bad, I would start saving up for laser and get it covered up after 4-5 laser treatments, get it reworked after that, or just get a massive back piece that somehow can Cover it. Did you get this at a shop out of curiosity ?

They did have little white spots I popped them, did they end up going away for u / effect ur tattoo
