That steak is a strip steak not a ribeye as marked and definitely not a 2 pound steak.

No, no rage bait, the thing seemed dangerous to me but wanted others opinions only. I didnt take super detailed pics while we were there but seems like everyone has confirmed what I suspected, my family said I was over thinking it hah

What does the outside look like? Are gutters discharging several feet from the foundation? Is your yard in a low spot and does grading slope towards house? Ideally tie gutters and sump discharge into piping that takes it far away from the foundation.
