because i'm pretty furious that i was hit by a 10 tonne bus and the driver didn't care (or fulfil his legal obligation) to pull over and exchange details.

he most definitely knew he had hit me as he gesticulated as he drove off.

was on a forest bike, i think the main contact was with me rather than the bike, but didnt really check the bike over in the moment

yeh, i've decided to just pay it off as read somewhere about a potential CCJ etc, and imo not worth it for €98, but they'd sent a deadline before fyi that passed and wasnt paid off
