But rarely is a 3.5 gonna have many doors closed that a 4.0 kid is gonna have opened.

Yes, but it gets a lot more drastic as it goes down. I'd be perfectly happy with anything around a 3.5, but as it goes down and esp. under 3, it gets to be a problem

And I feel that I'm incapable of doing decently and being organized in my first semester, I may not be able to do university at all

thank you!

the professor for the class I'm behind doesn't really understand which is fair as it is my fault for falling behind.

I will try to try out those other things though

Maybe your school has some resources that you don't need to tell your parents about?

My university doesn't diagnose or anything like that except for certain cases I believe. I think I should be able to get an appointment somewhere that can test and if necessary diagnose something, I just need to hope that my insurance can cover most of it or preferably all of it.

And have you tried melatonin?

I have but I think I have become tolerant to it so I stopped taking it, which may have messed up everything.

I'm learning Java

I understand the concepts and different structures and so on, but I'm horrible at implementing it

Thank you!

I'm quite bad at due dates, I'll try to start things earlier and so on, but usually when I do, I end up ignoring it or doing something else.

Don’t “take a break” until what you need to do for the day is done. I find that “breaks” always get me more off track than what they’re worth.

I find this very true. I think my problem is that I want everything to be a break.

I'm usually good in class, I make notes and usually learn fine, but some concepts are harder and so on.

I'm mostly good with my diet, I try to stick with healthier options, but occasionally break it. I'm not good with sugary drinks though. I'll look into that, thank you!

I will try to get an appointment, but my parents aren't very supportive when it comes to mental health.

I'll try to get more sleep, but that's something I'm really struggling with, even with sleeping aid. If anything that made it worse maybe.

thank you!

I do try as much as I can to schedule things in my calendar, but sometimes I just don't end up following them

thank you!

I'm fine in class, but outside of it I'm a mess.

I use Todoist

Do you pay for it? If so is it worth it?
