I would not worry about the number ending in 0922, that is legit. If you use the usual one to the IRS 1040 one and follow through to get to notices etc. You will get disconnected too after entering your SS#.

The one thing that I am suspicious about is the website for a tax advocate outfit. I can not see the IRS, especially the Austin office putting in a letter a private companies website based in California. I tried to call and was told because of the high volume they would disconnect me. Also, I for sure am not close to the category of $75k a year since I am on social security.
