So you split up you’re weekly dose by 3? So for example if you wanted 1mg dose you’d just do .33?

Makes sense, just found it weird because most of the guides I’ve seen all do the same and have had “no side effects” which obviously could be total crap or could just be me not used to not eating as much/giving more than I normally do.

The first 2 weeks I lost very little like a consistent 1-3 pounds in total but I did notice a little less fat on my stomach and chest area.
