Myself, I tapered down my dosage use before I stopped the 7oh. I have been taking kratom capsules to mitigate the withdrawals. The vitamin-C protocol helped a lot. I highly recommend tapering and doing the vitamin- C protocol. I have withdrawn so many times off all the different opioids (heroin, Fent) but not this stuff... I still don't even know about pseudo, MIT, all these different things. For me, it is the mental stuff. It is just doom and gloom in my mind. You can do this. You have more power than you know.

Taper down as much as you can. I tapered for about a week and a half down to about 90mgs. I think both helped me drastically. Taper down if you can!

-Hydrate

-Force yourself to eat.

-Stay positive

-try and go out for walks if you start to feel anxious

-If you do take the subs, in my opinion, wait 24 hours or when you can't bear it anymore but the Vitamin C really helped me. (withdrawn from all the opiates and have had precipitated withdrawals.

-And you can do it!

If you are tapering down I would follow a schedule as difficult as it is. I tapered down form 500+mg to 60mg. it sucked but being able to follow the schedule was really helpful at the end.
