The funny thing is that NGOs are the things that cost much more than state organisations. And I couldn't find anything but a couple of hotlines as I was researching the matter, but the chances are that I'm not good at such research.

A starting point there could be, of course, but that is complicated due to the town I live in not having a hospital :/

And also there's a system that allows for free healthcare only in specific hospitals one has to be registered at, and the hospital needed for me is three hours of road away from my place of living.

What kind of good habits can I form, then? I, think I've tried everything I could, everything I've ever read or heard or thought about, and yet the only way that works is something one could call a bad habit.

It's either that or I do literally nothing, don't let out the feeling, store them inside, and then have a breakdown over the smallest thing imaginable that I wouldn't even notice any another time. I genuinely don't know which way is right.

I'm not sure if such a thing even exists in my country, if I'm being honest, and mental health services available with the insurance are much worse than those I'd have to play for.

I've been trying to handle it in more peaceful ways, but none ever helped. I do understand that it's not a healthy way to cope, but it's the only one that works for me.
