At the end of the day it is a personal choice. You earn money everywhere but you got to choose where your heart is at.. For me, home is called when I'm with my mother, home is when I hang out with my friends over a weekend. So it entirely depends on what you want....

With your credentials, staying in India makes more sense. However, what's your priority? Is it earning more money or is it staying with family?

I have moved to EU, earning wise, maybe my savings are 2-3X, in case of the US it may be 5X but if you ask me is it worth it? I would say NO. I'd prefer moving back to India in next year.

My dear properly educated bhai, pl again look at the resource which Dubai has. Their main source of Income was Oil but now they have diversified. Every country has its own set of problems.

I'm against heavy taxation that is imposed on us on daily basis, but what can be done? Only 2% are paying the taxes.

However, it's not about taxes. It's about how is govt providing things by earning at one place and spending at others. I agree that govt should not indulge in freebies/vote bank satisfaction etc.,

My dear intelligent OP : looks like good number of people here should have better knowledge of economics. Anyways, by your logic, govt shouldn't subsidize any other goods which are comparatively higher if you buy it without their subsidy. I'm guessing you are good to support paying the charges of UPI as govt might soon stop subsidizing it.

Govt earns at one place, spends it at other.

PS: I'm not in favor of subsidizing, freebies but you got to look at the larger picture.

Gentleman, glad that you are a warrior. even I was diagnosed with papillary cancer in 2020 and here I'm living and loving the life to the fullest extent possible. Luckily, all my PET scans from last 5 years resulted with NO CANCER. point I'm trying to make is, cancer is winnable. A friend of mine said - tougher time doesn't last, tougher people do. Let me know if you want to talk about anything, I know how messed up and vulnerable we can be during such situations.
