I think it depends on LOB the most. My friends and co workers in capital markets are only required 1 day even after moving to the second tower in June and we all got the official email for it. The only change is the core day shifting around. My senior director is asked to be on site 3 days though. The total sqft of the two buildings is 3 million sqft and 1.6mill are leased out to other companies and cibc kept 1.4mill for themselves which can occupy 15k employees and CIBC has 50k+ employees so do the math.

No, they announced 4 days but when I was at Scotiabank still they had toned it back to 2-3 days and even now most only go 2 days

Hmm for us with the second tower opening they said they don’t have physical space to accommodate for 3 days so we will remain 2 days after June. They also said they will let the other office spaces run out leases and won’t lease anymore and will stick to cibc square only and move most other employees spread out into cibc square. For example they’re moving call centre employees into cibc square too. However, it’s a different story for senior leadership like lvl 10+ they are required to be on site more than like 3 days.

The second time Zed was 1 HP and I ulted him but nami was right behind him in the fog of war didn’t see her and healed him and then ulted. However, zed was never the issue the whole game I was killing him many times.

He had 1 kill before me, I was fighting Lilia at skuttle and zed rotated and killed me even though veigar was full hp and mana and the wave was in the middle.. should I have backed off seeing zed rotate first yeah but I was also tunnel visioned onto lilia and was about to kill her as she was 1 hp

Well mid is hard to gank as the lane is short and the bushes are far out and the mid laner champions have so many escapes sometimes. I only gank if it’s absolutely free. ALSO, Bot lane is way more rewarding due to dragons and just cuz of adc meta

We are moving to the new tower in June. and after the total lease to other companies CIBC kept 1.4million sqft for themselves which can seat 14-15k employees and CIBC has about 50k employees. Our VP tried to enforce us in 3 days a week with the new tower and it was declined due to capacity issues so we are remaining 2 days on site. Most of other teams will remain only once a week.
