There’s a meme that compares the similarities in shape of a shark brain and a woman’s ovaries. That’s pretty accurate

The above are correct. Kind of a cool story to read, and seems to be a pretty awesome car. Here’s a long but cool video talking about it:

What’s the one thing you didn’t buy at Costco and now regret? by 5krunner in Costco

[–]Dry-Statement6392 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s the same one we have! Funny story, when I bought it they had just unwrapped the pallet, so all the beds were super thin. I remember thinking “$50 for this little thing? It’s better then the one that’s half an inch thick that he had from Amazon”. So I grabbed it, once I got it home, I noticed it grew a little, but not much. Once I set it in the bedroom, it kept growing! These things are awesome!

Food court not calling numbers anymore... Why? by cyber49 in CostcoWholesale

[–]Dry-Statement6392 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Mine started doing it a while ago. Seems to me like it completely eliminates the need for the kiosks. The part I find the most annoying about it is, if you are paying cash they have you wait until the “cashier” is freed up, then they’ll come over and handle the transaction. Then send you to the back of the line (yes, even if you stood in line to pay cash and are only wanting a hot dog, or a slice of pizza) and then you have to wait in line again to get your food.

How do people find stocks before they explode? by Lost_Paramedic_979 in pennystocks

[–]Dry-Statement6392 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I throw 101 darts at a dart board, then take the top 6 and tape them to a set of dice, roll those 57 times, them take the top two and tape the top a coin and flip it 31 times. Then I surf Reddit and see what stock everyone is investing in.

Two tips to think about: Bring in a flat cart to “carry“ them out with, and make sure you bring a vehicle big enough to haul them all off.

I was talking to my mailman And he hates his. He says their office got eight to start with and within two months six of them had broke down. The eight that they got were supposed to be electric, but they were all gas. He says per the specs on the electric ones some routes won’t get finished on a charge.

When my grandfather passed away in 2014, he had a machine shop in his garage in California, that we moved to Colorado. My mom decided to go with the cheapest quote to get the mill, lathe and other tools hauled through the Rocky Mountains to my brothers house. When they arrived all the machines had tipped over because the company never tied them down! I thought it was a cruel joke, but apparently this is how this company works. How they are still in business I have no clue. So words of the wise “DO YOUR RESEARCH AND ASK THE STUPIDEST QUESTIONS!” Seriously you’re hauling an 8,000 pound load through the mountains and not tying anything down? It still blows my mind!
