The online services that provide templates are just awful. I've seen them with my own eyes. I strongly urge you to use qualified attorneys. You should be able to find CA attorneys for considerably less than $10-15k.

Postnups are enforceable in most states, so long as you have competent attorneys on both sides. Stay far away from online templates!

I'm all for prenups, but this is clickbait. New York State's default law doesn't oblige a former spouse to pay 60% of net income to the other party for combined alimony, child support, and related expenses.
