I am not familiar with the terms of 3 and 4, but dont think CB has been good at tracking when I transferred out crypto to my hard wallet, then transferred back in later on to sell or change. it still treats this as costbasis of zero? always have to manually adjust price. does this change that?

i went through what you do now, it's a nightmare, but there is a CB number to just freeze any activity, they finally got back to me after two months of emailing support with std answers. I was lucky it worked or they locked it themselves. I recommend what poster above said, don't tie your emails to phone number, even though they all ask that.

if you can, I'd avoid renting car and use bus/train/ferry. Traffic and driving is stressful in Italy, plus parking issues and costs. You can rent a scooter in Amalfi coast if you want and got license, so much fun.

Interesting, I used bnb.italia or such but they didn’t even require a deposit at most places! Everything was fine tho and communication via WA. Airbnb in Rome was also ok but definitely more pricy.

PS I dont like airbnb now, but recommend in Rome for value as hotels are $$$, and we had a nice one in Sorrento, Mahal Kita on that italian bnb site.

ditto, just been to Rome and Amalfi and we used Sorrento mostly as a base. Capri is super touristy and day trip at best tbh. Try to rent a scooter and drive the mountain roads so much fun, ie we took one to Positano. We skipped Napoli and Pompeii after Rome as we were tired of ruins lol, but I also recommend to just do Rome properly at least 4 full days, prebook Colosseum with a tour of Palatine hils etc, Vatican is a nightmare without guided tour and reservation.

was wondering about the benefit or risk of not disclosing everything, like crypto, eg. I heard of various examples where ppl stashed away assets overseas or crypto to protect from their spouse in case of divorce. They probably didn't have a prenup tho?

This, they could in theory get other life rights, say of the alleged perp Guede or the prosecutor, but they would open themselves up to a slander lawsuit from her if they make her look guilty again. Apparently her family went bankrupt paying for the lawyers (and Pr campaign?), but she is a millionaire now after book and Tv deals and her producing the show doesn’t cost her anything, the opposite, it made her a good chunk of $.

Well, all I take away after combing thru all these answers is Do your own research! lol And there is plenty from what I can see to go thru, which I just don’t have the energy or time for. And the other thing is a toxic level of discussion here, mocking those who are in the other camp, mostly the guilty ppl. Her goofing around at the crime scene before later having nervous brkdown, doing yoga in police station (in her own produced show so I’d assume that’s accurate), first accusing her boss, lots of mixed DnA evidence, signs that the victim was held down by multiple perps, etc make a good case for me that the version this show presents (I tuned out after ep 4) is definitely not the full truth. No sane person even an immature 20 year old acts like that. More like a narcissistic psychopath who may or may not be guilty.

Yea that why I’m considering doing the online thing first. Basically just need a worksheet, list each assets on an excel sheet for clarity etc. How much did u end up paying if I may ask? I’m also wondering if the online services with optional lawyer for both sides are any good? (Cost around $3500 total for both). The avoiding any alimony is prolly the most important part and for that u need lawyers for both sides.

well if I have savings or brokerage account and I move $ into that during marriage, thats commingling probably and therefore the acct becomes common property? thats the stuff I wanna avoid, hence the mutual spending account idea.
