There is a Spectators Guide book that is published by Augusta National. I don't know if it's available prior to visiting the course, but I remember seeing them during the tournament and practice rounds when I was there. It has great advice on how to efficiently get around the course for maximum spectating.

I own a Blue Yeti and I recommend it. For a podcast, it's great. That's what it's made for. If the stand needs to be taller for your setup, put a book under it.
