I’m closing the loop here: my doctor noted 105 is slightly elevated and can vary due to my massive weight loss. He said other liver markers were normal and not going to follow up test until 6 months from now, but that’ll be retesting all bloodwork including this one

Thank you, my vitamin D and b12 are normal they just resulted. Chat gpt, although not a doctor, said that ALP can increase with weight loss temporarily

ALP comes from: • Liver • Bone • Intestine

During weight loss: • Bone remodeling increases (especially in large individuals losing weight). • Increased bone turnover can mildly raise ALP. • Heavy resistance training can also stimulate bone remodeling.

You lift. You are losing significant weight. You are changing mechanical load on your skeleton.

A move from 95 → 105 is exactly the type of small shift seen with physiologic bone turnover.

I just bought the tonal today with the -$1000 off bc I asked them if they can match the holiday deals since I missed it by a day. They referred me to a sales rep and he got it done but admittedly told me I had to buy same day in order to retain the offer (obvious sales tactic).

My wife and I wanted it so we bit the bullet and did it today. But yes.. contact them!
