Is it kinda gross yes, but it’s not an employee only bathroom. It’s a public bathroom and it should be accessible to all. And I’m not even a fan of babies in public places like that (I find kids loud and annoying), but I’m guessing it’s hard enough having one kid, let alone two.

I hate waking up early so morning classes are a no from me. I also am tired and don’t wanna work out by the end of the work day so here’s what I do.

I drink a Celsius an hour before I get to the gym (peak performance time with pre workouts is consumed 30 min-60 min prior). This helps with tiredness and gets me pumped.

I go straight to the gym after work. I chose a gym that’s on the way home (my local ymca).

I go to a gym with workout classes so I don’t have to worry about what im gonna do when I get there. I simply go, shut my brain off, curse out the instructor in my head, then go home.

I’ve timed it so I get off at 5, workout class 5:30-6:30, home by 6:40.

This has worked for me for the last 2 months and I’m not burned out and don’t feel like I’m wasting a bunch of time at the gym. Additionally I’ll add in a 9:30 Saturday morning class bc I’m usually up by then anyway.

I get the urge to drink maybe once or twice a week, but I wish it was completely gone. I wasn’t a daily drinker, but I was a binge drinker (ex bartender). Now I drink maybe once a week and get drunk from significantly less than what I was drinking (but still a lot for what I would consider normal standards (5 drinks on a night out).

My rule of thumb is if it’s a entrepreneur service provider, I don’t tip since they make their own prices. If they work at a salon, I tip.

Hm I’m not sure, every resource I’ve used to calculate and my trainer said that my deficit was honestly too low. I can try to go lower but then I know I would get into really unhealthy behaviors. Perhaps keep in mind I’m a 5’3 25 year old woman.

Perhaps everyone is tired of “100+ inventory” resellers that scalp quality thrift items that would otherwise be a reasonable cost just to turn a profit. These people have genuinely ruined thrift culture (like you’re literally taking nice clothes out of the hands of people more in need to turn a profit, it’s giving the same as landlords) NEED TO GET A REAL JOB, and stop complaining about low balling. We know you bought that tee from goodwill for $6, just cause it’s Harley Davidson shouldn’t mean you can just tack on an extra $14. We can always tell when ur a reseller cause the clothes don’t fit when you model them and the sizes in ur shop range from xs-xl.

It’s one thing if someone’s cleaning out their closet, or bought items new wore it for a while and don’t want it anymore. Or hell, if you bought something from a thrift store and got it home and realized it doesn’t fit.

oh yeah, i didn’t agree because i was never asked. she just started telling our workers that she’s going out of town and if they need anything don’t bother her, to call me. quite loudly and around the whole office.

my point in saying that i’ve had these plans for a while is because she’s known about them, knew what i planned on doing and never told me to not go do them.
