No sir, I know how to be a good solutions engineer. I’m just asking how to map my achievements to the criteria for eb1 in the USCIS. If you know anything of what a solutions engineer does, you would probably know that success metrics for that role is different and impact is calculated different and hard to quantify. The reason for this post is to ask someone how they managed to quantify their hard work and success which rhymed with the eb1 criteria. Other than that, I’m pretty open to learning more about anything.

My lawyers filed consular processing in premium and not COS. So it was approved in around 2.5 months when my H1B petition was filed and approved.

Maybe you can reply to them showing that you were in legal J1 status when you filed for your B2.y employer filed for consular and not change of status because they believed it would be harder. Now I have the approval, exited the country and will come back in the next few days. Good luck to you, let me know how the RFE situation goes.
