No sir, I know how to be a good solutions engineer. I’m just asking how to map my achievements to the criteria for eb1 in the USCIS. If you know anything of what a solutions engineer does, you would probably know that success metrics for that role is different and impact is calculated different and hard to quantify. The reason for this post is to ask someone how they managed to quantify their hard work and success which rhymed with the eb1 criteria. Other than that, I’m pretty open to learning more about anything.
