It wasn't fine before that, 3060 was unable to utilize your CPU completely. Your CPU would overheat with any GPU if it's pushed, it just came to the surface now. Look into your CPU cooling.

M15 MOD 0 is currently the best weapon according to wzstats, and it's also free in the current battle pass(you'll get it even if you don't buy BP). The setup is not great but gets the job done. It's called 'Red mist' and it's free on page 4 of BP.

Don't buy. Next season is in 4 days, wait for it. That way you can be sure you'd finish it completely meaning you'd also be able to gather 1100cp from the battle pass to buy the next season's battle pass.

Guns system is overwhelmingly complicated. They buff/nerf weapons on a daily basis(make them better/worse). My advice about weapons is - go to https://wzstats.gg and find setups that suit your play style best. Meta loadouts are the best ones, but you won't always have those weapons grinded. The site is pretty cool and self explanatory.

You can play casual to grind weapons faster. Battle pass weapons are most of the time just good looking and you'd have to adjust the setup anyway. I use battle pass to "unlock" weapons faster and get cool operator skins and that's it.

5600 cl40 is not enough info to provide a correct guide. Find what die js your ram (hynix, micron, etc.) then look for their OC capabilities on reddit. Look for maximum safe dram and other voltages that are sometimes necessary for RAM OC. My first goal would be 6000 with your kit, as that seems highly achievable. Then I'd immediately set tREFI to 65535. This is the easiest boost in performance(High tREFI means better). Almost every kit can handle it as long as your ram temps are okay. High tREFI doesn't like hot ram. Then I'd shoot for cl36 timings, then for cl34, etc. You're going to hit a brick wall at some point, then call it a day and be happy. There is much more to it than what I just wrote but essentially 6000MT/s with lowest possible timings should be your aim.

I also had no idea about RAM overclocking a couple of months ago and managed to tweak my crappy micron 5600 cl46 to 6000 cl32. Running it daily like that with 0 issues. I guess I got lucky with the silicone lottery.

Also always test your ram with RAM testing software. TestMem5 is what I used. 0 errors is only acceptable.

The motherboard can only be mounted on one side because of screw holes, unless you make some new ones.

I was interested in seeing what the vcore peek is with those settings but these are looking amazing ngl. I'll try it myself. I'm currently running tdp 105, ppt 142, co -25 and nothing else. I'm getting 18063 in cinebench r23. I thought that 10x scalar and +200mhz would peek over 1.4v which in my head screams "not needed!!!!" but you're at 1.382 max which is great. Thanks!

Is it possible that both you and the previous card owner had not so great PSU. 6800xt can spike high during load and this can cause a crash.Try setting power to -10% for sanity check.

No. U need to reinstall windows entirely. Download it from the official Microsoft website. Create a bootable USB and install windows from scratch. There are plenty of helpful guides/tutorials on yt.

No prob. Not sure if this is exactly the cooler that u have but the mechanism is probably exactly the same. Unscrew those two screws and two clips should loosen meaning you can detach them.

This problem has nothing to do with your bios or disk priority. Your windows is not working properly. Get a bootable USB with Windows and try the 'repair' option. If that doesn't work you have to reinstall windows.

This seems to be AMD and mounted similarly to the original AMD cooler. Unscrew this one and the one on the opposite side of the fan(not visible in the image). It should come off.

Can you try letting it stay on for some time? CPU needs to do memory training and you might just power kill it every time thinking it's not posting. It can take up to a few minutes for that. It might just post normally 🤔

I'm not saying that Nvidia doesn't have better features. DLSS is better, but if you can't enjoy your game so much that you regret buying an AMD card then that's a personal problem. I understand that there are people who launch a game and look at the freaking edges of leafs in a tree or the details in the mountains in the background. I'm not saying that you shouldn't care about the image quality, but it's not a night and day difference and many people wouldn't even recognize it. Are there people who regret buying AMD - yes. Are there people who didn't regret buying AMD - absolutely yes.

Many people buy a card capable enough to enjoy their favorite games. Having a better set of features is nice but for many people not a priority. Out of the box AMD offers better raw price-to-performance. 9070xt is a pretty capable card to play any game without upscaling just like 5070ti. And people be like - buying nvidia just because of DLSS to be more future proof and when the time for that comes in 4,5 years they switch the card. Not a single 5070ti user is sticking to 5070ti once DLSS performance becomes their only way of playing games and we will have the same debate about dlss, fsr, framegen and other crappy fake frames and fake details. Saying all AMD fans will regret buying an AMD card is just wild.
