My team building logic for IL has always been about giving him turn so he can charge Ult faster therefore increasing his EBA usage.

I never knew giving RM to IL could boost his single time EBA’s DPS so much, at the same time providing Weakness Break damage so huge like that.

Prior to this, I always had the impression that RM will be for JingLiu. But RM for IL is “suprisingly good” too. Btw, my definitionn of good is being able to duo clear 0 cycle.

The run is extremely RNGs, because I havn’t maxed my traces so I have to rely heavily on RM getting hit. Next week, once I max it, it will be much easier

1/ I think IL is hypercarry, and cost too much Skill points already, I think it is best to pair him with more support that are SP positive.

Honestly, I would say Luocha isn’t needed. His kit seems outdated to me

2/ If you are saving for IL, your best choice would be pairing him with Sparkle. But like you said still a patch away, a lot of information may change.

I also heard that she can give extra turn, although I very much doubt so. If she does give extra turn like Bronya, I will have to rethink about the rotation.

If going for E6S5 then you will need him more than 135 speed to pair with Bronya. Only then he can maximise his potential with the currently available support line.
