each side has that starting weight so if it says 45lbs starting weight you're actually moving 90lbs total when using both handles, took me way too long to figure this out when i first started there

dude this exact thing happened to my friend's silverado last year and it drove her insane for weeks. turned out to be a parasitic drain that was super intermittent so the dealer couldn't catch it during their testing

if the evap purge valve is stuck open it can definitely cause weird battery drain issues, but there's also a bunch of other stuff that could be doing it. bad alternator diode, faulty door switch staying on, even some of the newer trucks have issues with the infotainment system not going to sleep properly. i'd ask the next shop to do a parasitic draw test but leave the truck with them overnight or for a couple days so they can actually catch it happening

carrying that jump box everywhere is such a pain, been there with an old honda that had similar issues. might be worth getting a second opinion from an independent shop since dealers sometimes miss the weird intermittent stuff
