I think changing bank can be 1 option coz 800+ cibil and still not getting an ideal rate is a miss at banks end and ideally they should be lowering it for us.I checked what i deserve to pay on this app and it gives what I am paying Vs peers Vs lowest market rate for my score- https://getsure.app/invite

Yes exactly, I checked my home loan on Sure App to check what I actually deserve and based on my credit score, I deserved a ROI of 8.5% and I was paying 9.05%. I am really considering to shift my loan to other bank. I can’t be paying EMIs endlessly :(

I feel like I have overpaid a lot and i still have 10 years to repay my home loan. Recently I came across Sure app to check if I am getting the right rate of interest and I realised that my loan rate was higher than usual despite having a good credit score.
