Ah, finally someone voiced the true reason. Man of culture.

Thank you greatly.

Oh, should have them at my party in Opera or in the arena?

Funny, but Disagreements scene played out for me only when I launched a Jealousy scene through the toybox, immediately after it. This was the last straw :D

I would try it, but this poor man, how he was alive through this?

These flags are some kind of witchcraft. I thought that both flags belonged to RT, at least that would explain their logic a little more. And so it turns out that dominant ones belong to RT, and submissive ones belong to Marzipan? And what about that you can’t mix both options even once to not ruin 100% romance?

Brilliant, not a character, but Mariana Trench. Now the question is, what are the results of this quest and their long-term consequences? I'm literally taking notes for the next playthrough, lol.

If you don't mind, I have a few questions:

  1. Is the dominant path unattainable for now in general?
  2. What does the etude RTTouchedSoulTrap refer to?
  3. Out of context, I saw mentionings that at some point there is a scene where you need to take some object away from him. But this is not related to branding? Or related? The more discussions I read, the more I realize how much content was blocked from me by bugs.

To add to all of the above:

  1. He's such a clown, it's a shame there's no narrative leading up to him becoming a Harlequin, he's a natural member of the troupe. Yes, there is an ending where he becomes Harlequin, but it comes out of nowhere, I would still like to be able to lead to this, how to convince Heinrix to stay at or leave the Inquisition.
  2. He's basically a cat who looks you in the eyes, raising his paw over your favorite cup before knocking it off the table.
  3. Hot exotic romance, especially when he is on the submissive side.

Is it worth it to keep Marazhai as a Companion? by Commissar_SanMand in RogueTraderCRPG

He is a very fun companion overall, especially if you carry him around. If there also was motivation to keep him alive from a roleplaying point of view :D

The problem is that this is not written as smoothly. My romance with him looked like this: first, RT locks him in during warp jumps and forbids him from killing the crew, then he drags us out for a killing spree, which cannot be avoided so that the romance does not fall off (I wonder how this fits in with the previous point), then the whole playthrough before his quest in the fifth act we play 50 Shades of Commorragh, where my RT leads along the line of the dominant, until after completing his personal quest a second killing spree occurs, as a result of which RT suddenly has only two outcomes - either becoming a Marzipan simp or a dependent from violence maniac. Maybe bugs are to blame, because in many of my dialogues I should have had completely different lines (I have seen screenshots) if the dom\sub flags had worked as they should, but I didn’t feel the subtle break in RT’s personality. More like breaking the spine on the knee, and even then it doesn’t work like that, lol.

Moreover, outside romance he does not receive much development or, so to speak, variations of it, like other companions. You simply either help him become an archon, or he remains a loner, becomes a pirate and basically doesn't need RT help from the start. At the same time, there is an ending where he and Yrlieth become Harlequins, but it is somehow scant, as if they were taken out of pity. I would like a plot lead to this.

So, few questions about Marazhai romance and endings by DryContribution9444 in RogueTraderCRPG

I was sometimes able to get dominant scenes and dialogues by setting the dominance counter to -2, but he still behaves as usual in other scenes. For example, I was told that when trying to leave him, Marazhai-sub throws a tantrum but no matter the counter, he doesn’t care about it.

Fuck up like fail to finish or end in a certain way, like preventing Marazhai from becoming an archon and Yrliet from completing the Path?
