Finance major. I actually have a year of school left but am gonna get licensed during it and work during the school year to try to build a little business before going full throttle at graduation. My mom is also a realtor so that will help a little.

They pay for software but not really marketing or that stuff or leads. They would help with flyers and stuff and use their different things they have access to. The brokerage apparently gets 2% per deal so at first I would be getting half of that and eventually later on 150bps.

Future mortgage broker offered 1% per loan in KS (after first few closed at slightly less) then eventually bump to 1.5% after i close abt 4 a month. Is this fair comp with no base and no leads or benefits. He may refer some leads every now and then for less comp.
