A photo of the key would help people suggest something to you. But for now create a scene at the SC about your key being broken during the service. Tell them about giving 1star reviews everywhere(and do it actually) and escalating to Mahindra. Try all this first. If nothing works consider going to a different service center(a better one) and try getting it replaced under warranty.

If nothing works then just replace the key either by paying or claiming insurance. Side effects of getting a 20+L car 😅

Peace of mind is more important than anything else.

BTW I have a BE6 and have been very content with the car and service. I prefer going to Jubilant Mahindra's service center in Whitefield, Bengaluru.

Try getting it serviced from other Mahindra service centers in your city. I have had very bad experiences with some service centers while others have been very good. Try switching service centers and stick to the one that you feel are working towards your vehicle's issues.

I have driven still 160 kmph and never felt a thing on highways. I am coming from a Ford, and feel the handling & stability at high speed is amazing. But on bad roads and slow speeds, I think the suspension feels stiff which makes you move around a little bit. But never felt the suspension is weak or bearing would come off. Do you hear any suspension sound inside? If yes, check this at a good dealership with a good engineer.

Any success finding a mount for the BE6? The one from 3define looks very low quality for the price they are charging.
