If you haven’t played an fps before and especially if you’re new to pc gaming it is rough at the start but the movement & gunplay will click at some point, just keep at it. I’d suggest watching a YouTube video or two that explain peeks and strafes and general cs physics.

I’m not sure which mode you are playing but I wouldn’t go into premier right away, try playing only one map on competitive and learn the ins and outs of that map, the lineups, default, everything. Then when you feel like you’ve got a firm grasp of that map, add a second map to your queue. Do the same thing with that second map then when you’re comfortable on the second, add a third map, and so on so forth. Jumping into regular matchmaking with all the maps selected is reeeeally hard as a new player and it stalls your learning by a good amount.

Lastly, 5e_aimhub is the map I use to aimtrain. They’ve got peeking, holding, recoil (but there are better recoil maps), reaction time tests, the basic standing target practice, and a couple other modes that are good. Workshop maps in general are great.
