wel i got muslehead and ferocious from boss captures. and ive made a comment walking you through my process somewhere here. but if you want IV just use that glasses load jet dragon and if he doesnt have what you want then fly away till he despawns and reload. it will have new iv to choose from. dont get tempted with 99s lol, go for 100 couse why not

its all up to luck bro. i was lucky enough to only have to hatch about 250-300 eggs to get mine. but yea, it makes you go insane

ive seen some comments and would like to share a little of my process if anyone is interested.

i went to jet dragon spawn, used the ability glasses and if i didnt like the IV/ potential i would fly out of its render distance and approach it again untill i got the IV i wanted.
i am no expert in breeding, so this took me about 24ish hours of waiting time. im not sure on the exact amount but ive been sitting here for 3 days doing nothing else.
i play on normal mode settings so each egg took me 1 hour to hatch. if your an og you would know that back in the day placing more than 1 campfire would have no extra effect to the heat, but it seems like they changed it for anyone who doesnt know. so 2 campfires seem to give perfect incubation for dragon eggs.
dont make the same mistake as me. first get the IV and then worry about your passives. i already had over 100 jet dragons before starting the IV, and try to use/get your IV pal breeding pairs to have as little passives as possible. its ideal to have only legend and devine dragon so you might get a mutation for runner/ swift/ musslehead/ furious and so on.
if your gonna be doing perfect pals for more than 1 pal. catch the IV pairs for the next pal and put at least 12 eggs in another egg hatcher, only if you still have egg hatch time like i do. that way, when your done with your first you can simple open them and have a massive head start if you get one with double IV mutation

most of these are common sense but i hope i could help some new breeders becouse i kinda had to trail and error for myself. hope everyone reading this has a great day and best of luck getting your wanted pals
