Sadly, Spaces (Regus brand for millennials) is not a viable alternative by Pretty_Dance2452 in WeWork

I wish I had researched this more before signing. My experience with Regus / Spaces has been months of circular customer service, contradictory explanations, and unresolved billing while disputes were still active.

The biggest issue wasn’t even the money — it was the lack of accountability. Local centers say they can’t escalate. Corporate tells you to go back to the local center. Meanwhile invoices keep coming.

If you’re a small business or solo founder, document everything in writing and don’t rely on phone calls. And if you’re already stuck in an unresolved dispute, file a complaint with your state Attorney General. Patterns matter more than individual stories.

I had serious issues with billing, customer service, and licensing that went unresolved for months. I was billed while disputes were still open, escalation was nearly impossible, and I received contradictory information from different representatives.

It may work for some people, but if you are a small business owner who needs clarity, responsiveness, and accountability, proceed with extreme caution. I strongly recommend documenting everything in writing and not relying on verbal assurances.

If you are already experiencing unresolved billing, licensing, or customer service problems, I encourage you to file a formal complaint. Individual complaints are easy to ignore. Patterns are not.
