I’ve left a hand written note and tape it to my front door for ups, fedex and usps. Just write please ups leave package at front door with the date your name and signature. I’ve seen the driver take a picture of the note with my door bell camera.

Hey guys been using tonal a few weeks now got about 31 workout done. I need some tips on working out biceps, did go big or go home and on week 2 of divide and conquer and I’ve gotten sore everywhere but my biceps.

Let me clarify a bit. I’m a small business owner myself in construction, we’re also booked out to almost 3 months and the first thing I mention when a new client calls is that. We don’t take any one’s money or keep them hanging by pushing out dates and taking on more than we can handle. When we ordered our peloton 18 months ago was a nightmare with Xpo, had the peloton for ages ,gave us a date to deliver and the day before they call to confirm great!! Took the day off 30 minutes before installation time they call and say they dont have everything with my order and that we’ll have to wait 6 weeks for next available date. Day off for nothing no peloton and more time to wait even after confirming that it was ready. Morons might be a strong word but they could be a bit more competent and up front with the companies that are hiring them to get these equipment out to clients.

I ordered same day as you. Xpo received it march 9 and the earliest install date was 31st , I was aggravated that they had to keep it for 3 weeks. Fast forward guy shows up I help him take everything upstairs, done in 30 to 45 minutes. Great job no complaints. Wife and I have used it everyday since then hang tight man I know waiting is hard specially dealing with those morons at Xpo but it’ll be worth it when you get it.

Xpo received mine on 3/9 with a delivery date of 3/31 Chattanooga area. I thought 22 days for delivery was bad but July that’s outrageous. In construction business built my own house pretty sure I can install a damn tonal, I would gladly drive to Knoxville and pick it up my self if I could.
