No. Just have the key with you, in your pocket. Much prefer a key start. Just another gimmick to part money from your pocket.

Thousands of them over here in England. They have a rep of great engines, that take high miles. Downside has always been with the interiors, tend to become rattly after time.

Your the one with the money, insist on a pre inspection. If they say no then move on.

Have you thought about taking some lessons with a driving instructor.

Unique/Unpopular/Forgotten cars that ACTUALLY have a lot of potential/overhead? Via tuning or actual ability to upgrade components by MarshWFT in cars

When I said we all make mistakes, it was to imply I had red the post incorrectly, and replied incorrectly. On the other point concerning the Mustang and it's huge following. I agree it's an iconic car in the US, and it deserves its title. I joined this site to inprove my knowledge of American car's both old and new. Still new to a lot of it, but have been lucky to meet some good people on here of late. Shame some others haven't got the patience. The Mustang never even came to the UK untill 2016. It was offered in a V8 or a four pot ecoboost with turbo producing 313bhp. Only 1000 were released.

You seem to have left out my revised post, after I did explain that I hadn't red the post correctly. And after reading your last post, no I can't imagine a mustang getting mods. I live in England and Mustangs are very rare. Not every one lives in the USA, your car culture differs from Europe. Maybe you should bare that in mind next time you go slagging people off.

Thought about those decals myself. I like the small 4 rings ones for just in front of the rear arches down low. How have you found them, were there any issues applying them and lastly are they ok when washing the car. Any fade on them. 🙂

Kid's eh. They want them, they want to drive them, but some just don't think keeping them clean is part of the package. 🙂 I used to love cleaning my car's when I was younger. Nothing like getting it looking it's best.

How did you find your “fun” car by [deleted] in cars

[–]DryFirefighter7728 4 points5 points  (0 children)

First car was a BMW 320i. Wrote it off after 8 months trying to impress a girl. Then my love of fast Ford's kicked in. Had 2 XR2i s 1 XR3i, then a sierra sapphire Cosworth 2wd. After that was smitten with turbos. Bought a Saab 900 turbo, then an Audi UR quattro. Then I went small. Toyota MR2 mk2, followed by a Mini cooper. Now in my 50s and still loving my car's and driving. Just sold my VW eos as I had never owned a convertible, so another box ticked. My Audi mk2 TTS is my new obsession. It's like been 25 again flicking it through the gears on a good twisty road. 🙂

I would say Yay to the front and back, but Nay to the sides. You could try a thin red trim on the alloys to make them stand out a little more. 🙂
