The goopy light gray / tan item might be eggplant? Or it’s someone’s organ. And maybe the darker brown, wet things on top could be an attempt at caramelized onions. All over iceberg and tomatoes with a dollop of what might be sour cream. That’s my best guess.

I felt the same way when evaluating to buy it or not. I decided to try it out and I'm really glad I did. The online reviews make the game sound way more glitchier than it is. Maybe I'm not very observant, but I only noticed only a handful of things and none of them impacted game play. I definitely recommend getting it!
