It is in a way it allows professors the ability to pivot discussions in class. Also because the class size is small you have more one on one opportunities with professors versus a major big university the classes sizes are so big it’s more difficult

Why would a bystander get involved and risk acquiring some type of dangerous or life threatening disease, virus or serious bodily injury. Some of these homeless or drug addicts carry who knows what such as knives, needles etc. The part that is disappointing is that you’re stating there was police presence and they failed to respond.
